I have made a recreation of the flag ot the Guyana Police Force. The flag with the line of colored circles is the HQ flag. The colored circles represent the 7 divisions as follows:
- A Division - Orange
- B Division - Blue (same shade as on the bottom diagonal of the flag)
- C Division - Brown
- D Division - Green
- E Division - Silver/Light Grey
- F Division - Yellow
- G Division - White.
The divisional flags are the same as the HQ flag with the exception that where the line of circles is displayed on the HQ flag, the division color is displayed on the flag of the respective division. The colors representing the divisions are accurate because by looking at the position of the D Division (where I lived) I could tell the other divisional colors.

Vickram Bhola has informed me that all division flags have the coloured line in the exact same location. Only the HQ flag has it in a different position. Almost all HQ flags have the line in that same position, except for one seen on TV, waving outside the Police HQ, which had the line of circles in a position closer to the position of the line of the divisions but definitely not in that exact position.
Occasional visits to E Division gave the second colour, and hence, allowed the theory that the order of the circles was the order of the divisions by alphabet. This was later confirmed by a police officer.

The jaguar is taken from the Coat-of-Arm of Guyana and is the national animal. On the Coat-of-Arms the jaguars support the shield. [On a side note the logo of the Guyana Defense Force contains the Canje Phesant (Hoatzin) which is the national bird.]
The feathered crown is known as the Cacique Crown and since 1970, has been the personal symbol/emblem of the President of the Republic of Guyana. It is (within Guyana) a symbol of authority. Therefore in this case the feathered crowns on the police badge/logo would most likely allude to the authority of the Police Force as well as the the authority of the President of Guyana as the Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic (which the Police Force is a part of along with the Guyana Defense Force, Guyana Fire Service, and Guyana Prison Service).

I had the fortune of noticing the flags of the Guyana Police Force while on my recent visit back to Guyana. I am attaching the corrected versions of the flags.

This is a recreation of the Flag of the Guyana Prison Service based on my memory. The inscription is written in two ways: at the bottom of the logo in a curve and across the bottom of the flag.
